Our Safety Solution:

  • A mandatory DAILY Safety & Training check implemented by the Foreman at the start of every day.

All supervisors are experts in all applicable safety standards and regulations; they are also fully qualified and trained to recognize potential hazards of the job.  

All employees are required to adhere to the Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act and all regulations for construction projects as well as abiding by our own corporately-mandated Health and Safety procedures.  Our associates go through extensive training based on their functions from site-specific WHIMIS training, equipment and hazard training, as well as first aid CPR.  We also have employees trained in WHIMIS, basics of supervising, confined space, elevated platforms, fall arrest, fire extinguisher use, Health and Safety Rep, PPE, Propane, Sector specific hazards, St. John's ambulance (First Aid / CPR), and traffic control.
