With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Wayne has earned a reputation of excellence in his field. He has managed some of the largest construction projects in North America, having lead teams of up to 55 employees. With Business & Administration Certification from Centennial College, Wayne was employed writing tender contracts for Defence Construction Canada (DCC).

As an Independent Estimator/Sales Agent for various General Contractor and Sub-Trades he was involved in Sales, Estimating and Site Management with PCL, EllisDon, Bird, Bonfield, Board's of Education and Corrections Canada. His extensive construction background allows him to understand timelines, keep jobs on budget, manage schedules and communicate between developers, owners, architects and builders. Extensively trained in Division 7/3/9/31 by numerous manufacturers and suppliers (over 20 training courses).
